IOSHA Guest Speaker - Indiana AIHA Local Event

We are happy to invite you to an AIHA Indiana Chapter meeting at Monical’s Pizza in Trader’s Point at 6010 West 86th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46278.


IOSHA will give a one-hour presentation starting at 12PM. Please arrive between 11:30 and 12 to order your food and mingle with fellow members.


This technical presentation is worth 1 CM. Please remember to sign the roster when you arrive!


Topics that will be covered are:


a. Commonly sited OSHA items


b. Items that regular EHS people may be missing when pertaining to chemicals, RPP and hazardous noise


c. Q&A session open to any items


After the meeting, local board members will be covering AIHA items including future meetings and AIHce conference.


The meeting is free; however, food will not be covered.



Meet your IOSHA Guest Speakers


Brad Freeman, MS, CIH, CSP

INSafe Health Consultant


Brad has worked for the Department of Labor for 17 years. His career began as an Environmental, Safety and Health Coordinator at CNS, a steel processing company in Terre Haute. In 2008, Brad came to the DOL as an industrial hygiene compliance officer, and a few years later, transferred to the INSafe division. Brad has a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Indiana University School of Health, and earned his Master's in Human Resource Development at Indiana State University. Brad resides in Bloomington, IN, and conducts most consultations in the Southern and Central Indiana.

 

Mike Gordon

INSafe Safety Consultant


Mike has worked for the Department of Labor for nearly 10 years. He became interested in safety through his diverse construction background. He started in OSHA as an enforcement officer and transferred to the INSafe Division. He resides in Columbus, IN, and conducts safety consultations mostly in central Indiana.
