A Partnership in Protecting Worker Health in Indiana: The AIHA Indiana Local Section & The Fairbanks School of Public Health

Speaker: Dr. Steven E. Lacey, PhD, CIH, CSP

Meeting Summary:

How will the new Fairbanks School of Public Health help me become a better industrial hygienist?

How can an urban research university help me stay ahead of emerging issues?

How do I get involved in creating the next generation of health and safety professionals?

Dr. Lacey will answer these questions and more, as he briefly describes the formation of the Indiana University Fairbanks School of Public Health, the broad trajectory of the school, as well as the teaching and research interests of the EHS faculty. He will then lead a larger conversation to explore what roles the Fairbanks School will serve to help our local section members accomplish their goals.

What might you gain? What might you give? - to foster opportunities for collaboration, growth, and impact.
